Need to make a return or an exchange? No problem!
We want you to love your Unity in Diversity purchases. If your order doesn’t live up to your expectations, no worries! You may return your purchase for an exchange or a refund simply by contacting us using the form below.
Once your form is submitted:
- Our team will get back to you via confirmation email with a shipping label you can easily download and print. Please note that our business days are Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm ET. Request made outside the business hours will be processed on the following business day.
- Affix the label to the shipping package and drop off at your nearest UPS location.
- In case of a return, your money will be refunded to the original method of payment.
- In the case of an exchange, the product you would like to exchange for will be shipped to you.
- All merchandise must be in brand-new condition: unworn, in original packaging, with tags on.
- Online returns/exchanges can only be made for merchandise purchased on our website.
- Shoe care products are FINAL SALE.
- FREE return and exchange are only applicable for customers within North America (limited to 48 contiguous states and Canada, excluding the territories).
- If you are located outside the area specified above, you will be responsible for return shipping and may use any shipping courier you prefer. Tracked shipping is recommended as we won’t be responsible if your return merchandise is lost on the way.
Please note that refund/exchange will be processed within 7-20 business days after the returned items arrive at our warehouse.

Please note, any items purchased with promotional pricing will be refunded back based on the current promotion at the time of purchase. For "buy X, get X off" promotions, your refund will be processed based on the quantity that is being returned vs. what is being kept.
